The Association of Private Forest Owners Bor announces a public call for submission of bids for
the procurement of:

Hotel Accommodation Services in Mokra Gora
1. Subject of Procurement
The procurement concerns hotel accommodation services for 40 participants in Mokra Gora,
including:

• Two full-board arrangements (breakfast, lunch, dinner),
• Two coffee breaks per day,

Adequate facilities to receive participants returning from outdoor activities under all weather conditions, without compromising the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.

2. Eligibility
Bidders must be legally registered entities capable of providing hotel accommodation services in Mokra Gora.

3. Evaluation Criteria
The contract will be awarded to the economically most advantageous tender, considering the following:

• Price (60%),
• Quality and compliance of services with requirements (40%).

4. Submission of Bids

• Bids must be submitted by courier service or registered mail to the following address:
